It operates by blasting the outer surface of steel pipes to eliminate buildup, and in some configurations, it can also clean the internal surface of the pipe. All models feature a PLC control system with a safety interlock to ensure reliable and safe operation, preventing malfunctions. The cleaning process adheres to a Sa2.5 metal luster grade and uses 0.8-1.2 mm wire cast steel shot, with a customizable clean speed of 20-60 inches per minute.
